Mapro was engaged by a Swiss subsidiary of the global Software Company SAP to deliver a Cross Media promotional campaign in order to attract customers to a VIP-event.
The campaign comprised a personalized mailer, personalized landing pages that include registration options, different information, and videos on it and also personalized confirmation e-mails.
The personalization of the printed mailing and creation of the websites and e-mails were made within DirectSmile.
Event Invitation
The campaign was a success with 6 % of recipients visiting their personalized website and attending the event. The campaign delivered a good level of interest, and the event proved to be so successful that the client has since repeated the initiative and is now working with Mapro to plan a third campaign.
